Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Passion for helping people.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong PC proficiency.
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work between 8 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday.
